Returning products is straightforward and easy! If you are shopping from the UK, your return shipping is on us! Please visit the Returns Centre within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and follow the steps. You will need access to a printer. Products sold as part of a multiple item deal can only be returned as a whole, i.e. you cannot return only one bundle if you have purchased a three bundle deal. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, brushed or washed. All products returned must be unused, in their original condition, bundles left unrolled and in sealed packaging. |
