Preparation Times

All AnnaHair products have different dispatch/preparation times, from the same day dispatch up to 7 days. Information on how long it will take us to prepare and dispatch the specific product is given on each product page under "Dispatch Times". The shipping option you choose at checkout will become effective after the preparation time is complete. 



Straight, Body Wave, Natural Wave, Kinky Straight Bundles & Bundle Deals

We offer same day dispatch on orders made for straight, kinky straight, body wave & natural wave bundles and bundle deals if order is placed before 2pm (GMT) on a business day (Monday-Friday). Orders made after 2pm, over weekend or public holidays (UK) will be dispatched the following working day.



Curly, Kinky, Afro, & Deep Wave Textures 

Curly textures require longer preparation times, so we are unable to offer same day dispatch. This is because we take time to ensure that every curl or wave in a bundle follows the same pattern, blends well and behaves the same.

We take about 3 - 4 days to dispatch curly and deep wave textures because quality control is very important to us.

SHIPPING (After your item has been dispatched)

Following dispatch/preparation time, estimated delivery varies depending on the recipient's location.

UK & Channel Islands:

    • Free Economy Service: 2-5 working days (Free)
    • Regular Mail: 1-3 working days (£1.99)
    • Registered Mail: 1-3 working days (£3.99)
    • Special Delivery by 1pm: Guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next working day if purchased on a business day before 2pm (£8.00)
    • Special Delivery by 9am: Guaranteed to arrive before 9am the next working day if purchased on a business day before 2pm (Not available to Channel Islands) (£19.99)
    • Saturday Delivery: Guaranteed to arrive on a Saturday - cut off time for this service is 2pm on a Friday (£14.99) (Not available to Channel Islands) 

Special Delivery orders made after 2pm, over weekends or bank holidays (UK) will be dispatched the following working day.

Please note: Saturday is not classed as a working day by Royal Mail. Please choose Saturday Delivery option if you would like to receive your order on a Saturday.

Special Delivery orders to Channel Islands are guaranteed to arrive by 5.30pm the following working day from the day of dispatch.

      We exercise strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best products. However, we acknowledge that tastes are different as are beauty standards - otherwise, everyone would have the same hairstyle.

      Our returns policy is very simple and straightforward. If you have changed your mind, you can return unused items within 14 days from the date you receive them. 

      Please visit the Returns Centre to initiate a return and follow the steps.

      UK Returns

      If you have placed your order from the UK, the return shipping is on us. The return address, a return shipping label and a return form will be provided via email on approval of your return from the Returns Centre. You will need access to a printer.

      Overseas Returns

      Overseas customers are responsible for the cost of return. Please use a traceable service to prevent your item getting lost. You will be provided a return form and the return address via email on the approval of your return from the Returns Centre. Complete the return form and include it with your parcel for the return to be correctly dealt with.

      *Conditions of acceptable returns

      The returned items must be intact, unused, unbrushed, unwashed and in their sealed original packaging. Please do not unroll any weave bundles if you will be returning them.

      As soon as we receive the item and are satisfied with it, we will refund you in full, excluding any applicable postage costs which you have paid to receive your item.

      Items purchased as part of a multiple items deal must be returned as a whole, including all items received. 

      No returns are accepted on items that have been custom made or altered by either the customer or by instruction to us by the customer. This includes specifically customised lengths, custom bases, wigs, density of any hair piece/unit and any chemical treatment of our products (colouring, bleaching, perming etc.).

      All wigs are custom made according to the specified cap size, hair length and density (where applicable), hence returns are not accepted. We would never send you a unit that has been with someone else, even if this was only for the purpose of trying it on. Equally, we are unable to accept returns on these custom made items.

      All clients interested in wig purchase are encouraged to get in touch with any questions prior to completing an order. Our stylist will be at hand to answer any questions you might have and to help you select the most suitable unit according to your expectations. 

      Postal Delays

      If you do not receive your parcel between 14 to 30 days after you have received dispatch confirmation, please let us know immediately so that we can enquire with postal services. If items are lost in post and we receive the confirmation of this from the shipping company, we will immediately re-send you new items or you can advice us to fully refund you. We cannot do anything before 30 days after the estimated delivery date because of the policies defined by the shippers. In such situations, we always need a written email from you stating that you did not receive your parcel.
