Virgin hair is defined as hair that had not been bleached, dyed, permed or otherwise treated. Virgin hair might show usual signs of wear as result of disinfection, washing and usual grooming by the donor. The hair has been washed and conditioned using professional products to ensure it is silky soft to touch. Appropriate haircare is needed to control tangling and shedding as the hair dries out after continuous wear. It is recommended that any chemical treatments on virgin hair are done by a licensed and insured professional to minimise damage that bleaching, dyeing, perming and similar will cause.

Returning products is straightforward and easy! If you are shopping from the UK, your return shipping is on us! Please visit the Returns Centre within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and follow the steps. You will need access to a printer. Products sold as part of a multiple item deal can only be returned as a whole, i.e. you cannot return only one bundle if you have purchased a three bundle deal. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, brushed or washed. All products returned must be unused, in their original condition, bundles not unrolled and in sealed packaging. |
